How does Fastscreen provide good value?
Fastscreen gives you excellent cover for exactly what you need. You do not pay for lots of extras which you will never use.
Is Fastscreen flexible and extendable?
Yes – you can make any changes you want whenever you want. We do not charge for changes (other than any additional premium due).
What about other types of production insurance?
We can add any type of production insurance to your package (Commercial Producer’s Indemnity / Errors and Omissions / Breakdown and Extra Expense / Cast / Travel etc).
What are the main exclusions to my equipment cover?
Equipment is not covered in unattended vehicles between 9pm and 6am, and otherwise it must be completely hidden within a locked vehicle.
Do the Fastscreen policies cover freelance crew?
Yes – freelancers are covered in the same way as employees, but only while working for you.
Can I change the amounts insured and the territories where the equipment is covered?
Yes – at any time. It just takes an email or phone call.
Where is my equipment covered?
Depending on the package you chose, equipment is covered both in your workplace/production office and outside (but in the UK only).
What about motor insurance?
We do not cover motor insurance.
Is there an excess on the equipment insurance?
Yes – it is £250.00 per claim.
